In consideration of annual dock fee, dockage will be granted from April 15th to October 15th, weather permitting, pursuant to the following terms:

  1. Member agrees to comply with all Marine City, LLC rules and regulations (copy available at the office).
  2. Member agrees Marine City, LLC or its employees shall not be liable at any time for loss, damage, personal injury of items, owner or others occasioned by fire, theft, vandalism, weather, water levels or any other casualty loss whatsoever. Boat owner shall carry adequate insurance to cover loss or damage to boat or contents and for any personal injury or property damage.
  3. No dock may be occupied until paid in full.
  4. Ramp Pass is specific to owner’s watercraft only.  Unlimited Ramp Use is specifically for the watercraft leased to a specific dock. Absolutely NO exceptions.
  5. Member may cancel the agreement and receive a refund as follows:
