This
contract is entered into agreement between Marine City, LLC and Applicant from
April 15th to October 15th, 2005 pursuant to the
following terms:
1.
Member
agrees to comply with all Marine City, LLC rules and regulations (copy available at the office).
2.
A
Guest may visit while accompanied by Member once. If Guest wishes to visit
again, he/she must join.
3.
Family
membership is limited to immediate family members. Children over the age of 18
and/or not living at home are not included in the Family Non-Resident
Membership.
4.
Bathhouse
privileges are limited to use when attending Club functions or when using the
swimming pool. Showers are NOT included.
5.
No
use of dumpsters.
6.
Member
will exhibit Membership Card, upon request of Marine City, LLC employees.
