In consideration of transient dock fee, dockage will be granted for the dates indicated below pursuant to the following terms:
1.
Payment must be made
in full before first nights dockage.
2.
Marine City is a
family park. No disturbances will be tolerated.
3.
Pets must be kept on a
leash and under control at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after
your pet.
4.
An adult must
accompany children at all times in the swimming pool.
5.
Lessee is responsible
for any damaged property belonging to Marine City, LLC. MCLLC is not
responsible for any damage to boat or contents or persons on docks due to any
circumstance.
6.
Lessee releases Marine
City, LLC from all liabilities on any part of MC property or harbor.
7.
Boat trailers may not
be stored in parking areas. A designated area will be assigned.
